Step 1: Select Your Package and Payment

• Start by clicking the “Continue” button at the bottom of this page
• Select the Illinois Flat Fee MLS Package that is best for you
• Add additional items that fit your needs and budget

Step 2: Download and Complete Forms

• Download the Listing Packet that best suits your Property Type
• Save the Fillable PDF document to your computer or mobile device
• Complete the Listing Packet to the best of your knowledge (Note: Not all fields will be applicable, but the more information the better)
• Email completed forms to [email protected]

Step 3: Upload Photos

Note for Classic, Elite, and upgraded packages: You are not required to upload photos. Your professional photographer will send all property photos directly to WElistUsell.

• Upload photos through our Edit My Listing page
• For best image quality, photos should be JPEG format, 1920 x 1080 pixels in size
• The first photo MUST be a front exterior photo uploaded with the title “001”
• Upload remaining photos with numerical titles in the order you want them to appear in the MLS—002, 003, 004, etc.
